Justin leads Midas Corp with a golden touch and over 25 years of experience in homebuilding. Known for his sharp instincts and hands‑on leadership, he has a knack for turning big ideas into beautiful homes and vibrant communities. His leadership style blends vision and action—manifesting excellence through collaboration, creativity, and promises kept.
Before launching Midas Corp, Justin played a pivotal role at one of Idaho’s largest homebuilders, guiding the company through rapid growth and changing markets. He mastered every phase of the building process, from early planning to completed homes, and built a reputation for delivering on his commitments. This foundation set the stage for Midas Corp’s continued success as a builder known for quality craftsmanship and thoughtful design.
When he’s not managing the next big project, you’ll likely find Justin on the golf course or traveling the globe. His passion for personal growth, exploring new cultures, and finding inspiration in unexpected places drives both his leadership style and his life philosophy.

With more than four decades in construction, Jeff has truly done it all. From running his own company to building everything from three‑story single‑family homes to multifamily communities, he brings precision, problem‑solving, and steady leadership to every project. A University of Oregon graduate and former baseball scholarship athlete, Jeff carries the same discipline, focus, and team mindset from the ball field into every job site.
Off the job, Jeff enjoys fishing, golfing, and spending time in Idaho’s great outdoors. He’s a devoted family man who cherishes time with his wife, six children, and fourteen grandchildren. Jeff is the calm in the storm on any job site—steady, reliable, and always ready to roll up his sleeves—making him an invaluable part of the Midas team.
Jessica Elliott Stewart
Director of Operations
Orchestrating Seamless Operations with Strategy, Precision, and Creativity
Jessica is the central hub of Midas Corp—if it needs to be coordinated, streamlined, or solved, she’s the one making it happen. Starting her career at just 14 as an apprentice electrician for her father, she’s worked her way through nearly every corner of the building industry, from excavation and concrete to production homebuilding and award‑winning custom homes. With a background that blends construction expertise and a degree in Music Performance, she keeps projects running like a perfectly tuned symphony.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys fishing, bird hunting, and spending time with her big, blended family—especially in her treasured role as “Grammy.” With years of experience spanning field work to executive leadership, she works to balance people, processes, and big‑picture goals to keep every Midas project on track.
Hailee Kay Hillman
Project & Accounting Coordinator

Hailee keeps projects and finances running seamlessly, drawing from a diverse background in construction, production management, procurement, and accounting. She excels at bridging the gap between the job site and the office, ensuring everything is organized, accurate, and moving forward. Whether she’s processing invoices, tracking budgets, or coordinating project details, Hailee’s precision and problem‑solving keep Midas builds on time and on budget.
When she’s not at work, Hailee enjoys fishing, hunting, riding dirt bikes, and exploring Idaho’s great outdoors with her family. Her mix of organizational skill, attention to detail, and dedication to getting the job done right makes her a trusted and valued part of the Midas team.
Kaden Hubble
Field & Media Coordinator
Blending Job Site Know‑How with Creative Vision
Kaden brings a rare mix of hands-on construction experience and artistic creativity to his role as Field & Media Coordinator at Midas Corp. Kaden’s career began riding along with a homebuilding superintendent, learning the ropes by tackling everything from warranty repairs to job site clean-up. His trade background includes painting, roofing, concrete work, heavy equipment operation, and electrical installations —giving him a unique ground‑up understanding of the building process.
At Midas, Kaden uses his deep trade knowledge to capture the real story of each build through photography, video, and on‑site coordination. Outside of work, Kaden is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys camping, exploring the woods, and spending time with his family. His unique ability to merge field expertise with artistic vision makes him a valued and versatile member of the Midas team.
