STEP 5: FINAL PRICING & ADJUSTMENTS

Once selections are complete and bids are integrated into a comprehensive estimate, we present the final pricing along with all selections, drawings, and essential information. This is your last opportunity to request adjustments before signing the contract. We order much of your home’s materials early in the build process to ensure a smooth schedule and consistent pricing. Changes during construction will incur change order fees to keep the project on track and may not even be possible without a delay.
